Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to 100% happy with your purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on any items so when purchasing items please read the description thoroughly.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away.
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue via refund, or exchange.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect size.
All sales are final on custom orders and sale items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the postage of the item you are returning to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a faulty item or if your item was damaged in post, you MUST notify us via email within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Any item that has already been worn/used will not under any circumstances be considered a defective item and we will not allow for return, refund, or exchange. If you do not contact us within 3 days, any product damage will be considered normal wear and tear.
