Postage Information

• Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days
• Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following business day
• Orders purchased before 5pm will be packaged and shipped the following day
  
• All orders are posted with NZPost with a tracking number
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a email containing your tracking number.
• Local pick up is available in store by appointment only
• We do NOT offer free delivery 
• Please note our local Courier in Wyndham collects parcels Monday-Friday at 2.30pm. 
  
• The targeted delivery time is generally the next working day but please allow and extra day or two depending on where you live
